In the face of adversity, social disturbance and downright confusion, Scientologists are using their VM training to bring help and spread calm in their communities. Here are just a few recent examples:

Los Angeles, California: When COVID-19 hit, a Scientologist and founder of a renowned company who creates bespoke workwear for celebrity chefs and restaurant staff, saw the opportunity to lend a helping hand. She created a line of high-quality face masks and over the past few months transitioned her manufacturing factory into making hundreds of thousands of face masks for doctors, first responders and food service workers across the U.S.

Lausanne, Switzerland: Scientologist and VM Francine Michoud shares her success on bringing help to her community: “When I saw difficult times coming, I thought of the people around me who needed help. I dropped a note in the mailboxes of the elderly in my neighborhood to tell them that I was there to help them with anything needed and that they could call me anytime. I received several calls for grocery shopping, errands and other help. They thanked me and told me that it had warmed their hearts and that they felt safer knowing that I lived near them. I even put my kids and their friends to work to make little Easter crafts for residents of an elderly home. They put words of encouragement to let them know that we were thinking of them. These are the little things that spread even further and in the end they change the world. It gives hope that there is always something we can do about it.”

Czech Republic: Scientologist and CEO of a real estate investment firm, Petr Kralik has been promoting the Solutions for a Dangerous Environment course on social media. He posted an advertisement on Facebook for the course and in less than 48 hours the ad had played to more than 36,000 people and over 5,000 people had watched the video from start to end. He has continued to spread the message to his friends and associates to help bring calm to his environment.
