BOOKLETS GIVE CHILDREN THE TOOLS TO SAY “NO”
- In the last year, an estimated 250 million people used illegal drugs internationally.
- 6.1 million people have misused prescription drugs in the United States in the past month.
- Educators, counselors, police and like-minded organizations place more than 4,700 orders every month for Truth About Drugs materials.
- In the last 12 months, over 15 million Truth About Drugs booklets have been distributed internationally.
Requests for the Truth About Drugs materials come in every day from individuals in a position to make a difference in their zone of influence. A request may be for one educator’s package or thousands of Truth About Drugs booklets. Each order is fulfilled thanks to support from the IAS.

“Every year, I am asked to speak to the Good Choices Class at the local middle school and talk to the students. I use the information in the booklets as a reference when I teach. It is good to have something to hand out to the students.
